New Year, New Goals

It’s the last day of 2024. Have you been thinking about your resolutions aka goals? I have and am setting my sights super high.

I created a worksheet to help me set REAL goals by making sure they are SMART. This means they are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound.

In the past, I’ve neglected to specify one or more of these qualities in my goal-setting. For instance, I’d say “I’m going to lose 20 pounds,” but I didn’t have a clear plan of how or when I’d achieve this goal. So, I’d just try dieting a week, not lose any weight, then repeat through the entire year without ever reaching the goal.
