1. Digital Product Policy (No Refunds & Returns)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

However, if you experience any issues accessing or using your purchase, please reach out to me at contact@projectimproveme.com, and I will be happy to assist you.

2. Payment Terms & Subscriptions

  • Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
  • If you purchase a subscription-based product, you agree to automatic monthly payments until canceled.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the customer section link provided in your purchase confirmation email.

ClearMind Membership Terms

By joining the ClearMind Insiders Club, you agree to be billed $9/month on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Due to the digital nature of the materials, all sales are final and non-refundable. Membership access continues as long as your subscription is active.

3. Delivery of Digital Products

  • After completing your purchase, you will receive instant access to your digital file through:
    ✅ A download link on the confirmation page.
    ✅ A PDF containing a Google Drive link (if applicable).
    ✅ A purchase receipt via email with a button to access all current and past downloads.
  • Please download and save your files to your local system or Google Drive.

4. ClearMind Membership Access

If you enroll in the ClearMind Insiders Club, you’ll gain access to a secure members-only area with new content released monthly. This includes guides, PDFs, checklists, screen tutorials, and planning tools.

All materials are accessible through your member dashboard and are delivered via web pages and Google Drive links. You must have an active subscription to access these materials. No physical products are shipped.

Membership does not include individual downloads of every file upfront, as content is released on a monthly basis. You may cancel anytime from your account dashboard, and your access will end at the end of your billing cycle.

5. Personal Use License (No Reselling or Redistribution)

All digital products sold on Project Improve Me are for personal use only.

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the files.
  • Claim them as your own.
  • Use them for commercial purposes without permission.
