Every month, I choose one request from this community, build it from scratch, and give it FREE to the woman who asked for it. After that, I polish it and add it to the exclusive community shop here for all my second chapter sisters to grab. This will be the only place to get it.
These aren’t cookie-cutter templates you’ll find on Etsy. They’re real digital solutions — spreadsheets, trackers, planners, and decision trees — created one fix at a time to help you Reset, Rebuild, and Reflect.

Why I Started This Project
Most templates and worksheets out there look the same. They’re pretty and colorful, but they don’t actually solve real problems. I don’t want to fill another shop with cookie-cutter downloads that end up in a forgotten folder.
God gave me a mix of skills — spreadsheets, apps, trackers, calculators, PDFs, even interactive tools. I’ve made custom workbooks for Etsy buyers, calculators for my own sites, and even a gaming app for my son that his friends started using too.
What makes me different is simple:

How Build My Fix Works
Once a month, I choose one requests from this community and turn it into a finished tool. If you’ve ever thought, “I wish I had a [blank] for this”, this is your chance.
Here’s how it works:
- You Request. Tell me what would make your life easier. (Spreadsheet? Planner? Decision tree? PDF?)
- I Choose One. I pick one request that fits Reset, Rebuild, or Reflect and could help many women in our community.
- I Build + Test. I’ll be in touch with the requester to make sure I get it right. She gets the first version, tests it, gives feedback, and I polish it until it’s just right.
- I Release. The requester always gets it free. Then, I’ll share it here with a blog post + demo video, so others can see how it works. You can buy it if it fits your needs or even try building your own.
🌟 Bonus: If I have extra time or inspiration, I may dip into the idea bank and surprise someone with their fix.

No. Once you submit, your idea stays in the Build My Fix Bank. I pull from old and new requests each month.
Yes, but I can only choose one per month. If you submit multiple, they’ll all go in the Build My Fix Bank and may be chosen later.
Great minds think alike! If multiple women ask for the same tool, I’ll give the credit to the earliest requester — but everyone will be able to access it once it’s released.
I’ll get as close as possible! I’ll contact the requester for details, share drafts, and polish the tool until it’s useful. Keep in mind I can’t create giant apps or software platforms in a month, but spreadsheets, PDFs, planners, trackers, and decision tools are all fair game.
If your request is chosen, you get it FREE, your name featured (if you want), and maybe even a little bonus gift from me.
No. If your request is chosen, you get your tool free. Everyone else can buy it here. My Freebie Vault still has free downloads, but the monthly custom tools are paid.
Only subscribers. This is an exclusive space for the Project: Improve Me community — not a public marketplace.
Any subscriber in the Project: Improve Me community can purchase. You don’t have to submit a request — that’s just an optional bonus! If your request is chosen, you get the finished tool free.
Most will be $7–$27, depending on complexity. My goal isn’t to overcharge – it’s to build tools that are actually worth it.
I’ll always share a blog post + quick video showing what the tool does and how it works before you spend any money. Plus, I’m available for questions. My Rebuild system is all about smart, intentional choices – I don’t want you to waste money!
